About

Who we are...

Our mission is to support organisations to develop more inclusive, safe and accessible environments for all staff and those who use their services.

. “If you want to change the world, start with your own little corner

We’re in this to make a positive difference to people’s experiences of their working environments and the services they use. If you’re reading this, the chances are, you are too.

David Brooks from the New York Times recently wrote, “Everyone a Changemaker”. He goes on to explain “Changemakers are people who can see the patterns around them, identify the problems in any situation, figure out ways to solve the problem, organize fluid teams, lead collective action and then continually adapt as situations change.”

Supporting people in organisations to be changemakers, and being able to measure that change in people’s experiences is what we love to do.
